ANNUAL PARISH MEETINGS

An Annual Parish Meeting is held at St. Marks Church Hall during the latter part of April or the early part of May each year. This is a public meeting attended by the Parish District and County Councillors at which residents have the right to speak on any topic of importance to them. A Notice and Agenda for the meeting is published in advance and distributed to all households in the parish. At this meeting an annual report on the activities of the Parish Council is given and the annual accounts of the Council are available. There is also a talk by a guest speaker on a topic which it is hoped will be of interest to all.
