DATES, MINUTES AND AGENDAS OF MEETINGS

The Community Association Executive Committee meet on the THIRD Wednesday of EVERY month at 8p.m. in the Community Centre. Annually, in July, these meetings coincide with the User Group Meeting, which regular hirers are encouraged to attend. This is the forum for all Groups to bring their suggestions or concerns to the attention of the Executive Committee. Agendas and Minutes of the User Group meetings can be obtained from our Bookings Secretary, Jan Dawkins, via email at bfobrca@btinternet.com, or for paper copies contact Jan at the centre on 01962 868630. Once minutes have been approved, they appear below.

The next User Group meeting is July 2012, following the AGM, and will be in the Bushfield room at Badger Farm Community Centre.
