CONDITIONS OF HIRE

In order to hire a room at the Badger Farm Community Centre, whether it be on a regular or a one-off basis, each user must agree to our Conditions of Hire and sign a slip of paper saying that they will abide by the conditions. Periodically these Conditions of Hire are reviewed and updated by the Executive Committee.

In January 2006, the Conditions were altered to show the increase of the damage holding deposit from £50 to £100. Please follow the link below to view a PDF of these Conditions of Hire.

In August 2006, the Conditions of Hire were, once again, altered. These changes took into account new ratios for children's parties and also the responsibility of the hirer for any damages that may occur during the duration of the hire.
